1. Eligibility Window
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from fragrance or stains, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If your requested size, color, or replacement item is unavailable, we may offer another eligible item, store credit, or a refund where the order qualifies under our Refund Policy.
3. Size Issues
