Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive correctly. This policy explains return windows, refund eligibility, exchanges, cancellations, and how damaged or incorrect items are handled.

1. Return Window

You may request a return for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

2. Items That Are Not Eligible

  • Customized, personalized, altered, or specially prepared items unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Items marked final sale or clearance.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, perfumed, damaged, or missing tags.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and hygiene-sensitive items where applicable.

3. Customized and Special Items

Some items are prepared specifically for an order or may have limited resale eligibility. We generally cannot accept returns or cancellations for buyer remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change of mind on those items. We will review refund or replacement requests where the item arrives defective, materially different from what was ordered, or damaged in transit.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.

5. Return Process

  1. Use the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping anything back.
  3. Ship the approved item using a trackable service.
  4. After inspection, we will confirm approval or rejection of the refund or exchange.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary. Shipping fees, customs fees, payment fees, and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective item.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested size, color, or replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit, a refund, or another resolution where eligible.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered fulfillment, preparation, packing, or shipping may not be cancellable.
